Special promotion of pay grade | Promote civil servants subject to the pay grade system (Grade 6 or below) by one pay grade |
Highest grade for performance-based pay | Grant the highest grade for performance-based bonus (for civil servants in Grade 6 or below) or performance-based salary (for civil servants in Grade 5 or below) ※ The top 2% of personnel are eligible for an additional 50% of the bonus or salary paid to the highest-grade |
Priority for educational opportunities | Provide priority in the selection of candidates for education at home and abroad at the agency level |
Reduction of minimum service period for promotion | Reduce the minimum service period for promotion by one year for civil servants in Grade 7 or below |
