introducing the Personnel Administration of Korean government to CABEI and both agree to begin mutual cooperation

Ministry of Personnel Management and CABEI(Central American Bank for Economic Integration) shared experience of Personnel Administration. The meeting was meaningful for bothsides to start mutual cooperation of ROK and Central America region. Ministry of Personnel Management introduced Korea’s electronic personnel management system (e-Saram), Recruitment System, Ethics in the Civil Service, Human Resource Development, Performance Management System and Senior Civil Service.

CABEI opened its representative office in Seoul to strengthening relations for benefit of the region. Republic of Korea has been a CABEI extraregional partner since 2019 and actively supports Central America through various financial contribution agreements.
