Main functions |
①Examination of objection to a decision on benefits under the Public Officials Pension Act (retirement benefits, survivors' benefits,disability benefits for reasons other than official duties, retirement allowance), collection of contributions, and the payment of benefits under the Public Officials Pension Act ②Examination of objection to benefits under the Public Officials' Accident Compensation Act (medical care benefits, rehabilitation benefits, nursing benefits, accident benefits for survivors, or relief benefits) ③Matters that are prescribed by other Acts scheduled to undergo examination by the Committee ④Where deemed necessary for the improvement of statutes, regulations and systems relating to examination, the Committee mayoffer an opinion or make a recommendation for improvement to the Minister of Personnel Management. |
