Training procedure
- ① Conducting a demand survey on training tasks of each ministry for short-term overseas training
- Conducting a demand survey to establish training plans for each overseas training course
- ② Reviewing and evaluating the training projects submitted by ministries and providing notification of the results
- The Review and Assessment Committee reviews the appropriateness, etc. of the submitted projects and notifies each ministry of the selection results
- ③ Recommending candidates
- Each ministry recommends candidates after evaluating whether they meet the basic requirements for each training task and suitability of their own selection criteria, etc
- ④ Providing notification of the confirmation of applicants
- After reviewing the qualifications for the recommended candidates, confirmation is provided to each ministry
- ⑤ Prior education
- Conducting training on negotiating tips to negotiate with training institutions and dispatch request procedures before dispatch
- ⑥ Dispatch
- Negotiation with and selection of training institutions: Negotiation with training institutions focusing on training tasks
- Dispatch request: Prepare the relevant documents and send them to the Ministry of Personnel Management
- ⑦ Payment of training expenses
- Payment of training expenses: accommodation, tuition and airfare
- ⑧ Report on the progress of short-term overseas training
- Departure report, arrival report and interim report
- ⑨ End of short-term overseas training
- Return Report: Report to the Ministry of Personnel Management within 3 days of returning to Korea
- Training result report: Registering a training result report in the Human Resources Development Information Center within 30 days of returning to Korea
