The visit was made to discuss the cooperation in the field of Personnel Management between Republic of Korea and United States. During the visit, the minister met the Director of the Office of Personnel Management and signed the MOU between MPM and OPM. Also, the MPM and NASA shared their experience to make the best place to work. The minister met the President of the Partnership for Public Service to discuss the ways to make better government.
