- Re-employment: plan job-hunting strategies, identify and match jobs with civil servants and provide support for interview preparation
- Start-up: Identify and provide consultations on business themes that fit public service, such as social enterprises
Methods
Commission specialized private institutions (a professional consultant provides consultations to individuals and offers follow-up service)
Process
Participants are selected → 1:1 consulting →Job transfer (re-employment or start-up) →Follow-up
